We woke up the first day of summer break to sopping wet carpet and water coming up in the cracks of our wood flooring. UCER came out to house the same day and started blowing fans on it. They boxed up all the books in our office themselves and moved them out for me. They came out and checked on the process every day. We left on vacation during the middle of it all and let them manage the situation alone. I was nervous about that, but it worked out great. Insurance negotiated the payment with them, and I was completely hands off with that. I’m thankful it’s all resolved and behind us! I would definitely recommend them.

The day we discovered our water leak and mold we called Scott Larriviere with United Cleaning & Emergency Restoration and he was literally at our house within hours – he came out that evening and got started with the mitigation process immediately. When he heard that our insurance adjuster was coming out the next morning, he offered to come back out and meet him. Because he was able to explain everything to the adjuster, that really simplified everything for us!
They began work immediately and were very considerate and professional through the whole process, always letting us know when they’d be coming back and they were amazing about cleaning up after themselves at all times. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
